Caelestis

Caelestis, otherwise known in native Punic as Tanit, is a Carthaginian aspect of the Goddess Hera.

She is associated with the caduceus, a symbol with two snakes entwined around a rod. She is also associated with the moon, doves, grapes, and pomegranate. Most notably, She is associated with a triangular symbol found on many ancient stone carvings and coinage. She appears as a trapezium (or isosceles triangle) closed by a horizontal line at the top and surmounted in the middle by a circle. The horizontal arm is often terminated either by two short upright lines at right angles to it or by hooks, and above Her is a crescent moon.
